Finelawn is a trusted provider of high-quality turf and lawn solutions for residential, golf, commercial, and public spaces. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and outstanding lawn installations. We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2IC (second in charge) turf production manager to support our Production Manager in running day-to-day turf operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with all aspects of turf production, from sowing to harvest (physically demanding)
• Leading and supporting the production team on the ground
• Coordinating machinery use, irrigation, and turf maintenance schedules
• Monitoring turf health, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
• Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Stepping up to manage operations when the Production Manager is away

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in turf, horticulture, agriculture, or similar land-based industries
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Practical knowledge of machinery, irrigation, and crop maintenance
• A proactive, hands-on attitude – you enjoy problem solving and getting stuck in
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for producing high-quality turf
• A current driver’s licence (tractor/ machinery experience a plus)
